Before I dare by another book that I won't read--and the Byron Katie stuff is GREAT--I actually finished one of hers--I need a sneak preview--

detachment: great
reading someone else's process working and saving M: not so great

Not that I'm not thrilled to death for anyone on these boards who pulls it together and reconciles, but is there enough healing for a LBS in this book to bear the suffering of knowing how I didn't make it?

avermont ... it's really a personal choice ... depends on how detached you are and your personal ability to focus on the authors process within herself ... no doubt about it, could be tough.

mrbt ... let me know what you think ...

I just finished this book. Very inspirational. Highly recommend for LBS. Gave me hope again, even when I have been ready to give up.
