Hey FFG is two years younger than me? Does that make me a Puma?

You have to be at 10 years older to be a Puma/Cougar. You are just a regular cat being rescued.

The lady I saw and am emailing is a year older. And she was worried that I looked to young for her so not all women want to be percieved as Cougars.

KERRY K ..... I am not a regular cat and that is not a cute FFG! :-P

I don't ever want to percieved as a Cougar or Puma... stealthiness has it's advantages....

Oh yeah, Hi BBJ!

I will admit to doing the cougar thing. It was fun. Actually I have done it twice. Of course, you can't take it seriously.

wink If you got it, flaunt it!!! Screw what other people think...

Hey all...not sure I am comfortable being a Puma...it feels weird to me when 20-somethings check out my profile!!

Haven't got much to report. Have been ridiculously tired lately. Sunday night I just lounged on the couch while the kids watched TV. Felt guilty but I was so tired! Then at work yesterday I almost fell asleep...last night I went to bed at 9:30 with the kids, I just cannot seem to stay awake!

Haven't heard much from Dan. He stopped by for 10 seconds on Sunday to pick up a sander he left in my garage, for working on his house. Then last night he called to see if the tile guys came for the basement--they did!

And then he said, "I know you guys have swimming lessons, I need to work on my house and then I have to go back up to Omaha to pick up a customer from the airport"...

I said, "That's fine, it's my day"....I mean, I don't need his schedule! smile

OK trying to stay awake today...

Oh and don't know if it is the picture or what but I have gotten more winks in the past 3 days than I got in the past 4 weeks!! (On match)

Thought of you last night Sandy, there was a hottt, well-muscled guy in the pool with his kids (no ring!) and on his back he had a tattoo of a fire engine... wink

Have you had your thyroid checked?

LOL @ at the tattoo. I would figured most of them don't wear a ring because of the hazard at work. But FFG said he never took his off.

A wedding ring is very symbolic to him, so he always wore it. Me, on the other hand....I don't wear a bunch of jewlery so it has never been a big deal. I didn't wear it when I ran or lift because I swell and hurts on the weights.

Plus STBXH, always wore his except when flying... of course, the sk@nk Wh@re was a pilot too, so that would mean he didn't wear it around her!

UGH...

Just got an email from the lawyer's office asking what is up with the decree, has he signed?

Per review, my IC has recommended that I stop progress on the divorce (granted she is a pro-marriage counselor) and work on the physical and emotional separation, getting myself away from him personally before doing so legally.

I am doing the no-contact thing, he has not been in the house with the kids since I told him on Saturday that it had to stop.

I need to google it and figure out what happens legally.

Any of you legal people know? If you file a decree, the spouse signs the petition of service receipt, but then nobody signs the decree? Does it linger indefinitely or will the case be dropped and we would have to start all over again? I don't want that.

I could just text Dan, "I need the decree signed and returned", but I have been going no-contact.

Suggestions??

It may depend on state, but from what I have seen it will linger for a while, and then the filing party will get a notice from the court that it either needs to be finished or the court will dismiss it so it can free up its docket.
