We'll take that for awhile, and then add some spice! No to Palm Springs. I enjoy it, but it's a LONG week, and I'm still recovering from the month of pneumonia/heart procedure. I'm doing okay on a daily basis now, but, those are seriously long days on your feet/entertaining clients, etc... I'll stay back and hold down the fort! And, the PUI was more of a joke, but I had had a few glasses of wine, but over, like six hours. I did have to drive kids! Me-46, D-21, S15, S13 After many years w/my head in the sand... chatterbug Member C Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 2,757	Detox days... Start the day with a smoothie. Greens+ Daily Detox , water , banana, Blueberrys , Strawberries, Blackberries and Rasberries. Snack : almonds and walnuts Lunch : Nice salad with some lemon juice Snack : pear or apple Dinner : (maybe fish ) , lentals and basmatic rice with some vegies ( There are tons of stuff here ) Oh yea no caffene either. Its a very mild detox. So it does not shock the body. But it does make you lose some weight. Usually 4 or 5 pounds. I am starting one next week. To clean out all that excess xmas foods and drinks. Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul. unconditional love is awesome!

I think we've about exhausted every topic under the sun during these 45 minute excursions in the tundra!!! Diet/eating going ok. Tea and supplements staying down is all I can say. PS - D18 found an apartment, and it's darling! Superb area, right behind school boys go to, and their application was actually approved! They move in tomorrow! AND, she hasn't asked for any money!
