Hi...my H left 2 months ago...day after son's 8th birthday said he was "done" and left...for two weeks would not tell me where he was or with whom just said staying at hotels. After two weeks found out about affair by looking at phone and seeing texts..hired PI and found out who...26 y.o. (I'm 36, H 33) Denied everything..still does today..sat in therapy and said he's done...finally I contacted lawyer and was having papers sent to him and he said he wasn't ready to sign D papers. Waiting for him to find mediator but sending me mixed messages...we have 3 kids, age 2, 5 & 8...so confused but don't think I want him back...he's got a lot of issues!
file for child, spousal support in most state's you can file this on your own.check with domestic relations or child welfare.don't wait on him or let up until he ends the A and get's help with his issues.
