WAW's apartment

W comes home from work and proceeds to tell me the apartment manager called her to tell her the apartment she's moving into on 8/29 fell thru. Manager called back to tell her another apartment opened up and 8/29 date is still good, but W wants to look at it first.

What's the point of her telling me this? She's still leaving as planned on the 29th...why the need to mention this to me?

I suppose you could be right. Just doesn't make sense...making a point of telling me what I already know...she's moving out on the 29th. She also wrote it on the calender on the fridge...like either of us would forget.

No real point here, but just got call from W telling me she returned the movie we watched last night. I had left it on the counter intending to return it myself. W asked if I wanted her to pick up another movie. I said no, but thanked her for returning the other one.

Did this really require a phone call?

sounds like she is confused, maybe she wants to keep you around until she is sure, why did you decline the 2nd movie?

If its because you are in lrt due to her move maybe you should have declined the first one.

I started watching movie by myself...she and D16 joined me. Not in full LRT, just detaching a bit. Plus I am busy tonight.
