Why does she bother doing this?

My potential WAW is inconsistent when it comes to keeping me abreast of what she is doing. We currently still live together. Some days, she goes places and doesn't let me know when she'll be back, etc. Other times, she's calling or texting me telling me where she is, if she's running late, etc. Is this behavior supposed to correspond to when she is/is not communicating with the OM (it's a long distance EA at this point) and/or does it have more to do with fluctuations in her mood?

Just curious.

They are like aliens at times, and being aliens, you cannot anticipate their behaviour. You can only anticipate their inconsistency.

She is updating you when she feels closer to you - actually cares about being considerate to you. WAW behavior is inconsistent though.

Good idea Stuck. I'm still new to all of this so I tend to bounce around a little bit. I like Newcomers because of the quick replies but it's probably better for me to stick with the WAS forum.
