The real irony is that I went to al-anon to find out more about how alcoholism is affecting Jeff at this stage.

But I ended up finding out how I've just continued to dance to it's tune same as I always have. I've been learning how I got that way to begin with, why I have to change (you mean MORE!?), and how and why I also have to change the ways I deal with the affects it has on my children.

Talk about blindsided...
