Just noticed that I locked.

Last thread

Not much to report from today. xBF said he's asked the bank to investigate why the transfer has not happened yet. Also told me he's coming at 11 on Saturday to move stuff.

I plan on not being here at all, not that he asked if I would be around. Going to start setting things aside for him tomorrow. Will also leave a note explaining that I'm going to leave most of the kitchen items so he should talk to me if he wants more things. I don't see the point in him going out to buy duplicates if I'm going to leave it in a couple months anyway.

I'm falling down on GAL activities as I skipped yoga again tonight. Still don't feel fully recovered from this stupid cold so trying to rest up until it's totally gone. But Silva has inspired me to attend pub quiz at my local sports bar tomorrow night. Maybe a couple of the guys I met during football season will be there. At least I'll have an evening out!

Good for you! Even if I don't feel like going out, I end up having fun and am glad I went!

I actually just went and bought some new kitchen stuff - I feel like Mr. HGTV or something. \:\)

Let us know how the evening out goes, and give xBF a kick in the crotch just for fun...

{{{Pearl}}} glad you are feeling better, give yourself a break for not GAL'ing while you feel badly..just don't make a habit of it \:\)

You and Silva have inspired me..my daughter's Starbucks where she works is having a karaoke night (tho I'm working up to the time it starts) that I may head over to for some fun...DUNNO that I will sing anything..but I dunno..LOL...embarrassment for my daughter = priceless \:D

Tawnya,

You MUST go to karaoke night! Embarrassing your daughter is your right! \:\) I love to watch karaoke, even if I don't sing (which I usually don't).

Hi Pearl,
Thank you so much for coming over to visit me. I really appreciate it.
(((((Pearl)))))

I know it's going to take me time and patience to get through this. I just felt like I had to let myself melt down last night and let it all out. I'm sure it won't be the last time...

I've never done karaoke before. I do sing along to the radio in the car though! \:\)

JD, what kitchen stuff did you buy? I'm planning on leaving the vast majority of my stuff here when I move so I don't have to pay to move it and it will give me the opportunity to buy new things! I love kitchen gadgets but I don't like to cook. How did that happen?

Not sure about going out now. I don't really relish going in where the groups are already formed. But I know the bar manager likes me so I might just go in for dinner a bit before trivia starts and see how it goes. Then I can try to get some people together for a team next week.

Thanks for stopping by Puppy!

Don't abandon me yet, I still need to get through the next few months until I can move to SF!

I'm thinking I will be here when xBF comes to move on Saturday. Since he doesn't have a key I usually only leave one door unlocked for him. If I'm here I can unlock another door if he wants to move out the front vs. the back of the house. Plus I can just tell him in person what I plan to take and leave so I don't want him taking what I'm planning on taking with me.

This will be the first time I've seen him since I kicked him out 1/23. My plan is to be dressed nicely, looking hot, wearing perfume, and skip out after a few minutes.

Too bad you're so far away! Trivia night sounds like so much fun. Good for you for giving it a try. \:\)
