Michelle says NO in her book. I was just reading through that particular chapter this am. Definately a "what not to do" while in LRT. She may be expecting something along those lines if it has been your pattern in the past. So a chance for a 180?
I have been struggling with this same issue and concluded it would be just more pressure. So I am not doing anything, except a card for my SD15.
