Ex sent an email today saying so and so was getting married(our best man) and that was why he needed me to watch the kids. I said big difference between being a key note speaker and a wedding. Told him to try the truth next time. He came back with try listening. How soon they forget, he always teased me about having a memory like an elephant and now he tries to say he told me something different. Loser bird!!

Have you seen that commercial with Alec Baldwin where he's an alien? It shows the guy's brain turning to mush. Sometimes I'm thinking our WAS have brains that are doing that too. It seems like it anyway. So are you still out shopping like crazy today? Karen

Yes, I have to try and get the dishwasher and a couple of fans. I just bought a new seat belt since mine is coming undone lately. I need some work done on the car but don't know when I can get it in.

Otherwise I have a couple of other options. Crazy. Who would have thought this would be so hard? I would gladly share but I have to present receipts!

hey girl, do you know if ks has legal seperation, and what that is that is diff from filin for divorce?

Ks does but then they push for you to file for divorce within 6 months. My ex wanted so many things to stay just they way they were and I said I would only do it if we were legally separated and he would work on the M. Well heaven forbid that be an option!!

He didn't want to have to pay twice, once for the speration and once for the D. Whatever, I know I will be better off in the long run. How are you feeling? Are you ready for tomorrow night? Just two more regular season games left.

Oh BG, things are rough right now but they are going to take a turn for the better. I just know it.

Right now I am starting to look at what I can throw out and only keep what I need. Do I really need to keep the whole magazine for one recipe or article for crying out loud?? Why are most of my clothes 10-20 years old? They are as old as my kids. Maybe time to update a little.

S16 asked me about a friend the other day and asked why I did stuff with her, she only makes you feel bad about yourself when you get around her. Did I tell you I have a smart kid?

You have a VERY smart kid Kat. I'm starting to do the same thing. I'm looking around at all the CRAP I have collected in my house and its time to just get rid of it all. Its clutter and I'm to the point I can't stand it. Time to streamline, then I want to paint.

Donna, over in Surviving, had a great idea to dispose of one bag of "clutter" a day through out Lent. Now that could be one bag to Salvation Army, one bag of recyling, one bag of trash cleaned out of a room. You get the idea and isn't it brilliant because it is so simple!!

So glad you stopped by Corey, I could always use a little more "snark" in my life! lol

I agree with the what your son said about the friend. Time to get rid of friend clutter as well. DOesn't mean you can't be their friend, but just surround yourself with people that are like you and who support you. I had to do this, and it makes a big difference.
