Apparently they locked my last thread due to boredom. I have been sick since the 16th or so. I got through the first round of antibiotics and didn't feel any better so I went back to the dr. and found out I had a sinus infection as well...good times!
So know I'm on some killer antibiotic and I guess its working but I still don't feel real great.

We got through Christmas Eve, Christmas and my DS 13th birthday without much drama. The weirdest thing was going over to my H's Dads side of the family on Christmas Day without H and NOT ONE PERSON asked where he was. As much as I appreciated it, it was still pretty weird.

I'm pretty boring these days but thats not neccessarily a bad thing I guess.

Thanks for all of the Christmas wishes that everyone left on my last thread. I hope ALL of you had good and uneventful (unless it was good) holidays and are looking forward to a better year next year. I know I am.

Corey, so glad to see you back! Sorry you're still not feeling good! Maybe the stress makes us more prone to stuff like that--the kids and I have been sick a dozen times this past year, well it seems like it anyway.

Boring is good. I love seeing you here boring or exciting, your wonderful self! In fact, I think it's nice sometimes to read regular life non-traumatic threads and be happy for people, too.

I do look forward to 2009 too. It's gotta be better, right??? Karen

Hey Corey, you really are still around!! Sinus stuff is never fun, everytime I get a bad cold, it turns into sinutitus(thanks to flying with colds when I was a flight attendant). Nothing like your head feeling as if it weighs a ton to make you feel awful!

Keep up the meds, the fluids and the sleep so you can make a comeback as your wonderful snarky self! Hugs!!

Sick is not. I had a sinus infection a month ago, so I know the pain. No fun. Take care of yourself and hang in there.
