D Papers? Mysterious Minds

Hi All, I'm not sure where I should be on these boards?

My H filed for D on 10/12/08. I still have not gotten the papers. Last week, when I dropped off some of his stuff, he came out to help. He's says he's been too afraid to have the D papers sent to me?????? (He was also afraid I was mad at him).

AnYoNe have any thoughts on this for me?????

He even asked for my advise on this!!! If he should just give them to me (which he isn't supposed to). Then asked if my sister would give them too me!!! I just looked at him ..... thinking - hey - I'm on the opposite team - not on your team!! It was kinda funny

Cleaning out Clutter is my other thread.
