Quick question - do you know of a sitch like this?

Hey fellow Piecers,

Since there are so many veteran posters here, I was hoping you might be able to help me out. There's a newcomer (cottoffgard) I'm posting to who has a sitch I haven't seen before, and I wanted to point him towards posters who are or have been in a similar sitch if I can.

The sitch is this:

1. W moved out with no notice, leaving a "dear John" letter behind

2. W filed for D immediately

3. No abuse - emotional, physical, addictions, etc. My initial take was that you usually see this in abuse situations, but it's not the case here (I'm taking the LBS word for it obviously, but just from "talking" with him here I would be surprised to learn he's not being honest about this)

If you know of anyone in a sitch like that - past or present - and could point me in their direction I would appreciate it!

Just to clarify, does my sitch count? H denies to the death that he is an abuser. Convinces most family and close friends, but not the kids. I walked 16 months ago, no note, returned a month later. Does cottoffgard attend a church? Peace.

I am looking more for an LBS in the same situation... although I will suggest he take a look at your threads and see if anything "clicks" as possibilities with his WAW.

PS not ignoring you on the church question, I'm just not sure. He hasn't mentioned it so I'm guessing no.
