Update and it not good

when this kicked off she went to ONE 1 session to say the I am never coming back speech I have to be honest and say that did not shock me, BUT I have a house full of her stuff and a garage full of the other things she left, I have also sent a number of emails asking for her to send me bills so I can pay them this now 3 months in what do I have to do to get her to send the bills.
I have lost 20 LB through exercise, so I can get on with life I have to lose another 15 LB at least but I will lose em and get on with life

My H's stuff is still in my house after he moved out a year ago. Either he's too afraid or doesn't REally know what he wants. I would just hang tight, work on you & keep posting.

Wife or ex-wife I don't know she swears she is through she feels free a weight has been lifted I am not a bad person both of us crying I think she was crying in frustration ect.
I just need to vent-cry-shout what ever I am so screwed up right now I love her but its never going to happen that she will come back.
She says I don't listen just ignore her I never changed I did not listen or see the signs so when I asked her about the internet chats late night, issues I asked about but was rebuffed but still I did not listen she wont see I was terrified I was unable to do right for doing the wrong thing so I guess I go what I deserved ? , so I think again she has made her mind up and locked the door and she has the only key.

sorry I have slid back I feel I did not do my whole 180 I just said what was bugging me I do feel better but feel a sence of despair because I was open and exposed ?

We all backslide. Keeping doing your 180 & GAL, listen to her, try to undertand her point of view. You are not going to get any straight answers right now. Just work on yourself & your happiness & have patients.

Hi in group and one on one with a threapist and I have a visit to the Psychologists just so I can work on issues
So I want to let u know it gets easier not better but I am striving for help and closure
