I am with Jack. DB is about you and making the changes you need to make for yourself. Change your marriage by changing yourself. Identify patterns that work. Change destructive patterns. Make yourself happy for a change.
It's simple. And while there are no guarantees for your marriage, there are guarantees that you wil come through this a better person if you allow yourself to do so.

I have come along way since all this started by just being here and putting my faith and trust in God... alot of you in here are so wise... have so many things to say that makes those of us still in the early stages of it makes us all feel so much better and feel we are not going crazy.They are really alien like.... I saw in here a while back I think her name was... i dont remember... but she said it was like her husband had been abducted by an alien they do a big time 180 dont they.... keep posting good things for those of us who dont know what to do or think. and maybe one day we will get to that point in our journey that we can help others as well....
