i am going to shasta area to see my BF (her H is friends with my H too) at the end of this month- i mentioned it to him in passing a few dates ago and he started to check his phone for his days off then quickly realized what he was doing and didnt continue...do i invite him?
my DB coach said casual friends a few weeks ago before the hike and anny- and now i get confused if its time to move beyond that ?
Pisces, how comfortable are you in asking him and how would you feel if he declined the offer? If you're ok either way then I'd invite him. However, if you think it might bring you down maybe it's best not to.

i think i would be ok with it either way- im going no matter what and my BF and her H are so loving and know our sitch....
the only thing is he doesnt have that weekend off- but may have a few days in that week before off (police schedule) so i would adjust the days.... no big deal really...i would love it if he went and we could camp on the way there or back....but also i would be happy to go alone and see my friend and her kids and H and play!

here goes a brif one: we had our 7 yr anny dinner last monday night (yay!)- went very well..got him a card, tshirt...he didnt get me anything and was sort of shy (i said no prob)...then we came back to my house , went in hot tub and had "fun", kissed, cuddled...now he has backed off a bit and withdrew..so im nudging him a tiny bit...small talk mostly and house talk...so im being patient but its very hard... he opened up to me a lot in the last few weeks about all the changes he has to make...he really gushed...so now its back to waiting and patience...
