Not much happened on Thursday pretty quite day for the most part, just some superfical emails and texting.
Friday, W is having a bad week at work, and tells me she really misses being able to talk to me, "it always made me feel better when I could tell you the bad stuff." I say, "I would like to think we are best friends you can talk to me anytime about anything." She says, "thanks I appreciate that." (holding back tears I hear it in her voice).
Friday night W calls on the cell and says, "the kids are wanting to make you something to eat for fathers day so I helped them with the menu and went and bought the food for them." I say, "that was nice of you but you all didn't have to go to all the trouble." W says, "going for a bike ride in the morning will bring D11 over at 10 in the morning. I say, "okay that will work for me."
Sat morning, I had some errands to run and was running behind. W texts where are you? I reply running a bit late be there in 10 minutes just leave D11 there she will be fine. W texts back she isn't liking that. I'm think WTF, D11 is a latch key kid and has stayed home alone for hours till somebody got there. I text back okay in traffic be there in five. W texts okay we will wait. So I pull in the driveway, say HI to her she doesn't answer, great I am in the dog house now. W gets the rest of D11 stuff out of the car, gets in it no goodbye, kiss my a$$ nothing I am standing there going WTF.
0-60 Lickety Split, how quick it can change. No contact from W at ALL today. We have a seat for one on the front car tickets please!
Okay rant here, my PATIENCE'S is growing thin! My tolerence level is growing short for the game I for the first time am admitting I don't need this I have stayed the course, walked the path the blisters on my feet are bleeding I told myself that I would give this a year and that will be the end of August my faith is dimming...
Never give up hope brother! like you said this is a roller coaster ride and don't buy a ticket! You have to believe in what you are doing is going to make you and your daughter better! You can NOT rely on her to change her mood no matter what you do! You have been doing good and need to stay the course!!
You have to keep on doing things for you, not her, and one of these days she will come around and say ok this is what I have been missing out on!
Brian you need to keep your head and everything will be ok!! It is fathers day so make it a day for you and your kid! No one will ever be able to replace you as that, thay cant ever take that away from you. You need to be strong for you and the little one and then maybe think of the wife!!

You are totally right, thanks bro. I let my emotions and the lack of female companionship get the better of me, I miss her tender soft kisses and warm hugs, I let my loneliness run my path.
I could have gotten started earlier, I didn't. I didn't hold up my end was feeling selfish and it bit me in the A$$!
I know better than to put a time line on this all that does is limit one. I know she is trying to reach out I appreciate it just would like something concrete and touchable instead of words.
Okay my fenders have been reshaped, 4 new tires, and a full tank of Sunoco fuel, so I brought out the caution flag and am at the tail end of line, but still on the lead lap time to reach-up and pull the belts alittle tighter and stand on the pedal and work my way pack up through the pack, as long as I can keep the finish line in my sights I might just be able to win this race.

My H said some DAM comment about 8 months ago, that he thought we should give it 12 months, then if I wasn't "crazy in love with him again, we should D". Do you think I can get that out of my head. WTF!!!! I give this man 17 flipping years to get his head on straight, & he's going to give me 12 months. Eeeeewwwww I get pissed again just thinking about it.

Popping in to say my nephew did a great job racing last night on a bad track. In his heat race he moved from the back thru traffic but by the time he cleared traffic the points leader had too much distance to close in an 8 lap race, nephew finished 2nd. It's the first heat race he lost this year! In the A main he started 3rd row outside and finished in 3rd place after a bad track caused a lot of junk to be made. New management doesn't have the hang of how to prepare a track yet!
Racefan, there is no time limit to follow for any of this crap. It's like you are under yellow caution but the laps never count. Be glad you haven't gone to full red.
