I'm a newbie but just found out about PA

I'm trying to work through this as I just found out about PA. Although I love my W and she even said this morning she still loves me, how do you guys forget it over time?? I don't think I can ever forget this.

I mean she had sex with someone else, how can I ever ever forget this.
