Hi all! My last thread locked so I'll start a new one!

Jeff: Please help me link my other threads...I'm computer illiterate and can't seem to make it work!!!! Help!

Essie: I do think what I'm doing is working for now, but I'm not as strong as you think I am. I'm trying really hard to have faith...I'm praying alot...I cry when I'm alone....I'm just getting by like everyone else!

So, to link to your old threads....

I open another browser window, and go to the thread I want to link to. Then highlight and copy the address from the address bar. (http://divorcebusting.com/blah blah blah....)

When you create your thread, or edit or reply to a post other than in the quick reply box, you've got a bunch of icons across the top ot the text box. On the far left is one that looks like the world, with a chain link. Click on that.
A window will pop up, paste the address you copied there, and hit ok. Another window pops up, enter the text you want to appear for the link there, and hit ok. And you are done!

If you want to you can do it manually like this:
[ url=http:the_address//]The words[ /url]

without the spaces after the open brackets.

Why are you expecting to hear from your H? Has he left the house? I know I could read back on the other threads, but I must go and do some things and I'm too curious to wait until I have time to do that (which may never happen).

I think I see it....might be too late, there's an extra http: at the beginning that it kindly sticks on for you, you need to delete it when you do the paste.

No, H hasn't left....we had a really good night last night. Expectations...that dirty word...you know what I mean!

I think it will work better if you actually go to the first page of the thread, and copy the address from the address bar. And get rid of the extra http://
