So we all have our roller coaster days and there are movies that we can't watch to for now, songs we can't hear for a while.
So inspired by some in this forum, I thought of getting everyone's contribution on excerpts of songs that we can play in our heads or listen to when affected by surprise situations, R talks and for the bad days that would be supportive and upbeat. Also movies we can watch to when feeling restless and need some distraction.

HAL, that's a great Bon Jovi song. Not familiar with the other 2 posted but will check them out.
A couple that I like by Daughtry, It's Not Over. Can't tell you how many times I listened to this one when the bomb was first dropped. At the other end of the spectrum, Over You, is also a good one.
A good feel good movie that I've seen sort of recently, A Good Year (Russell Crowe).
