Very sorry to hear of your situation Amanda.

Just something that stood out and I realised very quickly with my own situation.
Unless it is something you want (which I'm sure you don't), don't mention the D word in front of your husband again.
Just your mentioning it has got him thinking about it.

I am separated from my W (over four months now)....no words of a divorce. I am sure if I kept suggesting that she may as well get on with it, she would have done it by now. With the DBing going on, at least that is on pause.

What did the DB coach tell you?

Hi Amanda
I've been looking out for you-I've only just started posting but situation are very similar-I'm hoping you and your children are well- I'm in the UK also-it's worse than a death to start with but it gets easier to cope with or maybe we just adapt to a new situation- I hope you are finding a way through the devastation
Take care
