That made no sense to me at all! I wondered if they were really living like brother and sister because he said they were sort of seperated for years. They both seemed so sweet, but how could she be with Eddy Murphy while he had a baby with another woman?

The only thing I can think of is that they BOTH decided not to love one another as husband and wife any more. So they both walked away. But I had to wonder between the words to that song and what seemed like his attitude towards her and their relationship in the interview that he'd jump back in given a chance.
