Yes, I do find it odd that W has changed her mobile number and has yet to inform me of the new one.
Like I said, I have not called her for several weeks (she has instigated all phone contact), and I have not queried or questioned her. I have given her privacy and peace of mind to continue her R with OM, and have agreed with all her request in regards to consent orders and divorce etc etc.
I think this is another attempt to bait me into asking her WTF, then getting into an argument (which we haven't had in several weeks). I think she probably assumes that I am happy and getting on with my life and needs to stir the pot alittle to make herself feel better.
Sorry to rub in the beach thing. We are really lucky that we have easy access to some wonderful beaches in Sydney. Spoilt for choice.
I was showing off to DD and had my back to the waves, when a monster one knocked me ass up, and I nearly lost my board shorts. I was yelling to her that the waves weren't that bad, quite embarassing seeing half the beach heard me.
Then when I got out of the water, after pretending I was a human javellin with my head in the sand, DD started laughing so hard that she pretty much got the whole attention of the section we were swimming in.
As I sat down (out of view of the area of incident), I noticed that my hair was full of sand. Talk about "character building".
Ok, that is probably the funniest thing I have heard. I don't even know what you look like, but I can picture you beckoning to your D "Its not bad, come...." and you being knocked down!! Glad you kept your shorts somewhat on.
Why must they bait us?? Isn't it bad enough what they have done to 'knock us down', must they instigate fights/disagreements? I wouldn't ask about the cell phone, I am sure she is waiting for you to do it. Have you called the old number? I wonder if she transferred her number?
I have let it go in regards to the phone. She can tell me in her own time.
She is off for her interstate trip with OM, leaving on Fri and getting back Mon. She will need to contact me if she wants to talk to DD. I will not answer her calls, so she will need to leave a forwarding number (her new mobile) if she wants to talk to her.
Naughty I know, but hey, its my job
I have not tried calling her old mobile for several weeks, part of my going dark.
And yes, it was a riot at the beach yesterday. I hope I can handle myself better today. Nothing more embarrassing than a 6'3 man face down and spreadeagled on the sand, being rescued by a 7 year old.
