I have been listening to some Lori Morgan Songs.

This is the song I like to listen to When I am angry with my H and I need to calm down. Great for drivin.

Quote:
EXIT 99

I charged out on that interstate in a great big huff The fight we had just made me feel I had enough I felt like driving anywhere that left you far behind And I hated you at exit fifty-nine I passed the cars I passed the trucks I passed them all Saw you sitting home just waiting for my call But my angry heart would not allow an ounce of sympathy It was could as ice at exit sixty-three

With every passing mile the question seemed to grow Who was right and who was wrong and who's to know My anger turned to sorrow as my tears began to pour What a tangled mind at exit eighty-four The city slowly faded into farms and fields The world took on a different point of view I loosened up my grip around that steering wheel And I wondered if you were sorry too

(musique) I rolled the window down at exit ninety-one

Felt the cool wind blowing through my hair I saw the crimson light embrace the setting sun And suddenly I wished you were there I couldn't wait to stop and find a telephone To call you up and tell you I was coming home Funny how a ribboned road can make you change your mind And I loved you at exit ninety-nine

Funny how a ribboned road can make you change your mind I knew I loved you, at exit, ninety-nine

This is a song I just found today. This is what you all need to sing to yourselfs because You are really hard to forget. This is a feel good song.

Quote:
I'm not that easy toI forget
You think when you walk out that door
You'll never think about me anymore
So sure that you got it all figured out

You always forgot my birthday
You never could remember my dog's name
And there's one more thing you forgot

CHORUS

I'm not that easy to forget
Someday you'll wake up and regret
You ever let me get away
I'll be on your mind night and day
I'm not the kind of girl you leave
And simply walk away scot free
You don't believe it yet
But I'm not that easy to forget

I'm not gonna stand in your way
I'll even help you pack your suitcase
I wouldn't want to keep you from leaving town

But as sure as you're crossing that line
One day I'll be crossing your mind
It'll hit you hard when the truth comes down

REPEAT CHORUS

I like the second one. I can relate a lot to it. I will try and call you later. Donkey beeped in before and s6 was on the phone with him for a while.

A particular album? I've always had a soft spot for the first one.

II and IV, but I is awesome too...so is II...Presence...

Last Friday, I watched "Song Remains The Same." Jimmy Page goes wild while doing Dazed and Confused. Had to show my son it on youtube. He tells the other kids at school, "if you think Stairway to Heaven is Led Zeppelin's best song, you just haven't heard enough Led Zeppelin."

Smart boy! My D15 loves sharing music with me and even listening to "oldies". Of course this is the girl who would go to sleep to AC/DC's "Back in black" album as a baby. \:\)
