Seems we're all about the "our common songs" topic in here today!

What do you think about posting your motivating playlists here?

We could just all think about songs that really get us going - then we'd think about the support we give each other in this forum instead of becoming melancholic and sad while listening to songs that remind us of R!

My favorite these days:

A little less conversation a little more action - Elvis Presley vs. JXL

Now it's your turn!

I'll post a few that I can think of:

Jamie O'Neal - Somebody's Hero (about motherhood)

Anything Justin Timberlake, pathetic I know.. (minus "Summer Love" for obvious reasons)

Me and God - Josh Turner

Some People Change - Montgomery Gentry

WOW!
I really like your suggestions so far!

I wanna add:

Stevie Wonder - Don't you worry bout a thing!
lyrics:

Everybody's got a thing
But some don't know how to handle it
Always reachin' out in vain
Accepting the things not worth having but

Don't you worry 'bout a thing
Don't you worry 'bout a thing, mama
Cause I'll be standing on the side
When you check it out

They say your style of life's a drag
And that you must go other places
But just don't you feel too bad
When you get fooled by smiling faces but

Don't you worry 'bout a thing
Don't you worry 'bout a thing, mama
Cause I'll be standing on the side
When you check it out...
When you get it off...your trip

Everybody needs a change
A chance to check out the new
But you're the only one to see
The changes you take yourself through

Don't you worry 'bout a thing
Don't you worry 'bout a thing, pretty mama
Cause I'll be standing in the wings
When you check it out

Don't you worry 'bout a thing

It's kind of fitting for everyone in here, don't you think?
And it has a great chacha rhythms in it....

And then again - also very fitting:

Nickelback - This is how you remind me of what I really am

lyrics:

Never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing
Tired of living like a blind man
I'm sick of sight without a sense of feeling
And this is how you remind me
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
for handing you a heart worth breaking
and I've been wrong, i've been down,
been to the bottom of every bottle
these five words in my head
scream "are we having fun yet?"

yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no
yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no

it's not like you didn't know that
I said I love you and I swear I still do
And it must have been so bad
Cause living with me must have damn near killed you

And this is how, you remind me
Of what I really am
This is how, you remind me
Of what I really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
for handing you a heart worth breaking
and I've been wrong, i've been down,
been to the bottom of every bottle
these five words in my head
scream "are we having fun yet?"

yet, yet, yet, no, no

Never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing
And this is how you remind me
This is how you remind me
This is how you remind me
Of what i really am
This is how you remind me
Of what i really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
for handing you a heart worth breaking
and I've been wrong, i've been down,
been to the bottom of every bottle
these five words in my head
scream "are we having fun yet?"
yet, yet
are we having fun yet [3x]

(more like for Rock fans than the Stevie Wonder song... ;-))

No, no, Stevie's cool. Gotta' love "Superstitious" and "I Was Made To Love Her".

If you like Nickelback: "Far Away" and "Savin' Me"

Am I lonely?

You have no right to ask me how I feel
You have no right to speak to me so kind
