OK guys, as promised on Friday here is the exercise thread. Please post your exercise acheivements here and give support to others. It doesn't have to be traditional exercise either. For example, tonight I plan to weed eat my 2 acre yard with a very large gas powered weedeater that weighs about 500lbs (OK - not quite 500, but it's still pretty heavy!). That counts as exercise too.

Today I just got back from a very brisk 15 minute walk on my work break. I walked fast enough to get to my target heart rate!

Thanks Jeanette! So many hands on Friday but so little motivation on Monday morning. Funny how that works! LOL!

I didn't read the post to Friday. My Fil is in the hospital and we have been there constantly so I have not been able to walk for my excersise. But as soon as things are calm I plan to start a 5 mile walk every week day.

I'll let you know when I do. I'll keep checking in on this one maybe it will keep me motivated.

So sorry about your FIL. Good for you with a 5 mile walk. Very ambitious!

I joined the gym a couple of weeks ago, been going once a week for an hour or so. Also, does running round after a 3 year old count, if it does then i am constantly excercising .

Good! That counts! If I can count my weed eating, you can count running after a 3 year old. Anything physical activity except sitting on our butts eating bon bons (or typing posts here \:\) ) counts.
