Hi I know defending a case goes against DB principles discussed.But after many sessions of DBing I am now at a point that I just got to pull the emergency lever to slow things down. What's my sitch? I like to keep this post as simple as I possibly can. I am guilty of being emotionally unavailable and distrusting with her at a make or break point. So all I am looking for is legal advise. I do have to mention though, that I am in the UK. I have been told by many that Lawyers here side with the Court and do what is required of the Court in all instances sooner or later. In the UK, unreasonable behavior is what I can be charged with as I haven't committed adultery. But then again we haven't seen each other in over 9 months, and unreasonable behavior has a 6 month time frame to act. Please don't questions my direction or ethics on what I am trying to do. I only wish to grant her the D, through a 2 year separation with consent or rather a 5 year separation without consent. I know it sounds a bit extreme, but I very much know that if this happens now, she will get remarried within a matter of weeks cos thats what she's like.
