Its been quite some time since I have posted or even came into the website to even keep up. I have been very busy with a new puppy I got back in November. I love her to death, have been attending classes with her and the other dogs also, and showed her at her first shows this past weekend. She did well, and it gives me a great sense of acomplishment. I have always loved working with the dogs and training them. I have also attended an "animal communication" seminar and its fascinating.
Hubby and I are not in any different place than we were the last time I posted. May not be the answer, but I think keeping so busy takes my mind off it. He has been more settled. Maybe because that subject has not been argued about in a while.

Yes, Yes, Yes, doing the happy dance here. I went all the way to a remote area of NY to get her. I researched for about a year before I chose a breeder I wanted a dog from and I got what I wanted She is most certainly a future champion, and I am working with her in obedience also, and hope to start tracking with her soon. I actually had gotten hubby to put one of the older dogs in a basic obedience class at the same time I was with the puppy, but he hurt his shoulder and only attended ONE class with her and I am now taking her to the next set of classes, sheesh.............. Just wanted something we did "together" even if it was the dogs. So, Now, all the doggies gang up on me when I get home lol, they all want mommy's attention because I work them and give good treats
Actually WE'RE all working with hairDOG... we've been training him, conducting DISobedience classes (teaching him to DISobey mrs hd), and soon we'll be showing him.
Of course, annette, lillie probably doesn't realize that you can't show a neutered male.
Anything changed with me? Oh, things are changing, just not necessarily with the SSM part of the equation. More info on my threads. Biggest deal was the 180 I did when MsHdog and I had an argument and she threatened divorce. Instead of me placating, I said, 'let's do it.' She backed off, and we've been working on the communicating aspect since then. I need to see some effort on the physical part, though.

I have come to the conclusion Hubby doesn't want things to change. You remember he has the erectile disfunction problem, and he has no desire to fix it. Right now, RIGHT NOW, I don't care. I am having fun with the dogs, going to shows, working hard in training, getting out of the house regardless of where he is or what he is doing. I am just happy right now being ME
Maybe he is turning me into him (not exactly a great thought) but to be honest I haven't even thought of the physical aspect of the marriage but once in the past 5 months........... OMG can this really be me?
