Why does everything seem fine from where you’re standing and yet things must be off kilter enough for him to walk out? You never mentioned why he left. What are his complaints, why did he leave? You are leaving way too much stuff out for anyone here to be of any use to you.

Cobra - I meant everything seems fine from where I'm standing in the current sitch now that all the things that led up to H walking out have been sorted.
