hey is there any success stories where the H files for divorce and gets OW pregnant, if so please link me to them, H wouldnt say merry christmas to me when he called the kids, i was nice i did a 180, i had the music on loud when he called to let H think that i was out with friends on X mas, he got a attitude then drilled D4 the next day asking her was mommy out last night? i said merry christmas to him and i asked was he going to say it to me and he said no, i asked why and he said cause he didnt feel like it, then on top of it OW my space page, her headline now says happy and loving life right now, she redid her thing on christmas day, that upset me a bit but yea any threads on success stories and reconciliations please let me know, thanks and hope e1 had a great holiday
well i talked to H this morning and he wont send child support cause he already sent 600 this month and now i have to wait till mid jan, is there anyway that i can get him for back cs? it hasnt been court ordered yet, waiting for temp hearing or for divorce to be final which ever comes 1st cause if he dont file a response then it will be a defult divorce and i automatically win, i really think he is done, by his actions, he wont even send money for his kids talk about selfish, he is still bugging about his video games, dont care if the kids eat but he wants his video games
Well H filed a response we have a temp hearing and he putin the response that cs should be based on his income and other dependent minors that he has to support, temp hearing is Feb 12, either OW will still be preg, already have baby or will go to labor while he is gone thats if he even shows. and he has no attorney and my attorney said for visitation that we will put down that comes where im at and that OW can not be around my kids or me so pretty much he can leave her in OR where she belongs, thats gonna cause a fight between them and H got mad when i asked was he coming to court he said t hat he didnt know there was a tem-p hearing when my atty mailed the papers out jan 9th and court already ordered mediation for sometime after hearing. i figured that if he wanted it done an dover with he wouldnt have filed a response i take that as a blessing, i really thought he was gonna getit over with so he can marry OW before there baby is born now he wants to drag it out

A good term to get familiar with is Net Present Value. It has nothing to do with future value. A one dollar lottery ticket today is only worth the dollar it cost, or less. Until it is a winner it has no future value. His future financial problems are not your present values.
What if the baby is not term? What if it becomes twins? What if has nothing to do with today. If in a few months his situation changes he can always go to court to ask for changes. What are his legal obligations to the mother and child of an extramarital affair?
Ask your L. This is what he is paid to know, to tell you, and your H. Until your H is entered into some legal arrangement my guess is that he only owes them what he can afford to offer, until she takes him to court.
