It's funny, there are things one can know logically, but remembering and applying them to every day life can be a challenge.
I don't dwell on OW either. It's much nicer to have finally let that go somewhat. I still do think of her time to time and have a little anger, but I definitely have let a lot of it go.
I do look forward to when she's a long-ago faded memory.
There is no arriving, ever. It is all a continual becoming.
