LOL......thanks. I can't even begin to describe how busy all of this is making me. I spend all my time cleaning, painting, packing, moving.....and I admit to be almost obsessive-compulsive when it comes to my house. Everything has to be clean, neat tidy and in it's rightful space.

Guess I should go get more done.

Always- I will check out the health thread, but truth be told.....I have been off the "diet" for atleast a week. Ugh........

So, things here are super super crazy. I have people coming to see my house every darn day. It has only been listed for a few days. I already had an offer come in. It's a joke, but atleast I know people like my house. I have a website will all the pictures of the house if anyone is interested. So from now through Sunday.....more showings. Keep your fingers crossed for me that someone makes a real offer!!!

H and I are doing well. With things so hectic, we only seem to see each other in passing. Tomorrow night we are going to the Korn concert and spending the night at a hotel. So, I guess that's the only QT we will get this week. I think we both need a fun night out!!!!

I will catch up on everyone's sitch this afternoon after the showing. For now.......the OC in me is going to scrub the house down yet again.

C4H- I don't have her email address. Sorry. It's a great idea to have her meet up with someone if she wants to.

Well, as for the concert, we might not be making it tonight. S2 was up all night sick as a dog. He was getting sick every half hour. The poor thing. He just went through this not too long ago. So, looks like I might be staying home with my little guy instead of going. The worst part is, I don't know anyone who I can give the tickets and hotel to.

I guess a little later I will calling the Dr to get son in. He doesn't feel feverish so I don't know what's going on. I am a little concerned because we stopped at a dealership yesterday so I could check out a car, and he got a styrofoam like car to play with. Last night, I found half of it in the living room. Haven't yet dfound the other piece and I hope he didn't eat it.

Looks like I am going searching for the front end of the car.

That Sucks

I would think if he ate half of the car you would have seen it by now. I hope it's only 24 hour bug. It's really tough when our kids get sick, especially when they are young.

I hope the "little" man is feeling better so you can go. I think it would be really great for you guys. I've told you befor your H and I have some very similar traits. So heed this warning. We controling types like to have things go our way, we don't like last minute changes to our plans, for whatever reason. It makes us anxious and angry, we don't have control. I know, I know - we can't control everything in our lives, especially when a child is going to suddenly fall ill, but that's logical thinking. We're talking about the controlling personalities. We don't go with the flow too well, we can, but don't.
So knowing all that, if H gets a little sullen, short or cranky over all this. Please, Please, Please - be patient with him. Not because he deserves it, but because that will be the best way to diffuse him. Agree with him, tell him it sucks, but if you don't feel comfortable leaving your baby tonight - don't.

Now if things don't work out how can you salvage the night? Put the kids to bed early. Get out your Korn CD's. Prepare some cocktails, nachos, fun foods. Turn your living room into a mosh pit, be silly together, but be together. You take it from there............ (This is just a quick off the wall suggestion)

Awwww that sucks. You know if I was close enough, I'd watch him for you. I hope he feels better so that you can go! Well, that didn't sound right, I hope he feels better regardless but I sure hope you can go!

Aww......thanks Becca. We are also hoping he feels better but when I called the Dr. the stomach virus going around is lasting three to five days. Same thing he had about two months ago. I guess the only difference is she said it's a very powerful virus and it will usually affect everyone in the house. Now my concern is for my D10. She has to be hospitalized when she has any vomiting because it messes with her sugar levels and she spills ketones.

C4H- LOL.....I found the other piece to the car, he did not eat any of it. HUGE relief. H is actually fine with the idea that we may not make it tonight. We will just do something here. So, all is good except for the little guy not feeling good.
