Has anyone read or would recommend the book Surviving Infedility? I saw it on Amazon and while it appears to deal with life after the affair, does it have any insight on life during the affair? Thanks for any help my fellow DBers!

Yes, I have it (recommended by Imdi!) and it was great. I highly advise you to read it. It goes into great detail about affairs and it also has some chapters on how to deal with moving on. One of the better self help books I have read.
