I read the book you suggested "he's scared, she's scared"...you were right on...this is my wife the commitment phobic person...since she had been in a marriage before she was not as phobic until we were trying to have a baby that sent her over the commitment edge...

which brings me to the point...wouldn't it be great to have a section/board on here for the commitment phobia?

I guess so, or we could just read the book. Anyway, glad the book answered some questions for you. Now you understand where she's at a bit better. What's your next step, then?

honestly, I didn't get much hope out of it...it basically says that the prognosis on a CP person is not good...the only way is going dark, LRT and maybe even letting go completely even to the point of D...It says that the CP loves to have choices and if you eliminate one for them it might shock them into noticing what is happening...

I feel myself letting go...but it's not on purpose...I'm just so disgusted that I don't know if I'll ever want her back anyway...I'll update my post to catch everyone up.
