I like your plan! In fact, I may hijack it for days when I obsess about the past too...

Even better if you decide that you are only talking about him and stich one days that begin with T
and if they ask on one of the others tell them to call around on a T day

Cavena stop thinking and start doing for you
you did so much better when you looked after you

Would now be a time to join that Rescue Squad. One of your Goals was involving that and to accomplish that goal takes an incredible amount of training and time. Acting on instinct does not happen in the 911 world. When faced with a tough rescue Your training will take over. My experience with Virgina squads have been positive.

There is a time for everything including pulling back and healing or redirecting to other activities. Maybe this will focus you on positive things without destroying anything you built up.

I believe you have what it takes in this arena.

Caverna,

I hate to be the one to say it, but you are spending too much time worrying about what he is doing! I know I do the exact same thing all the time, so it's like the pot calling the kettle black Since you know your H's screen name, why not delete him from your list for a little bit? At least then you could give yourself a break from the roller coaster that he obviously likes to put you on! Don't you just hate this alien men that have replaced our Hs?

Right now my H is dancing around the house doing God knows what. I guess he's counting down the minutes until he can go to the OW's apt. He (like your H right now) is a pathetic loser! They love to play games!! Check your email for some fun tips to help yourself feel better in this process...

Remember, just because he's on a roller coaster does not mean you have to go along for the ride!

I don't know why, lately I have been feeling less hopeful with my stitch and accepting more that this is the end. H has cut contact completely. He did umblock me online, but I am not umblocking him.

In the months before, I used to think that there was something still there. Now I don't know. What do you guys think, looking from the outside?

I came home earlier and as I was getting here, he was leaving. He is not doing dog tricks anymore. I am becoming desperate.

You guys have been telling me I needed to GAL again, so here I am. I am trying to pick up my pieces, and I guess I am doing all right.

Instead of laying around moping, I went Ice skating before work (I used to ice skate about 15 hours a week, now I go for 2 at the most) and for the first time EVER I landed a double flip. My coach just joked, "ok, now do a double flip" and once I did we were both shocked.

I am thrilled!!!

Also, my clients have been very sweet with me. I have about 5 godiva chocolate boxes (I am a chocoholic) and one of them gave me the coolest ipod w/ speakers, Gipsy Kings already downloaded in it. So I have been drinking raspberry wine (another gift) dancing in the living room as my dog runs around barking, not understanding what the heck is going on.
