Karen Quiton has been sentenced to five years after admitting trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband.
In November last year the 44-year-old from Willingham in Cambridgeshire become besotted with another man and tried to have her husband killed to get him out of the way.
Police found out the plans and an undercover officer posed as a hit-man himself then later arrested Karen Quinton after she admitted what she had done.
Quinton was read her sentence today at London's Royal Courts of Justice.
Her husband, 59-year-old Alan is said to be standing by her has reportedly been heard saying that he loves her more than ever and is standing by her.
He's standing by her when she tried to kill him!!??!! WOW, that's a M in serious need of DB'ing, LOL!
Is that so far fetched? He probably thought his marriage was okay up til that point. This bomb was a little different than ours, but it was probably his wake up call.
