Ok ok, it's a guilty thing (certanily not a pleasure, if you have ever seen the show). It is riveting and nearly impossible not to watch. In the latest episode airing last night, Danny asks Gretch (his wife) to join him in the bathtub in the house they are about to move into. She turns him down, saying she is just too busy. Later, he literally begs her not to leave, saying with a catch in his voice and tears in his eyes "Please don't leave me now." His plaintive protest "Please" as she drives out the driveway was heartbreaking. Here is a funnyman who has a sarcastic answer to everything stripping all of that away and begging the love of his life not to leave. In that moment he was more vulnerable than I have ever seen a man. I saw the HD folks here in that scene. My heart goes out to you.
I don't mind the sun sometime
The images it shows
I can taste you on my lips
And smell you in my clothes
Cinnamon and Sugar
And softly spoken lies
You never know just how you look
Through someone elses eyes

It is quite the show. Here is Danny constantly having beautiful women throw themselves at him, and he is married to a sexy women that has absolutely NO interest in sex. She even told the counsellor that she just is not into that stuff and seemed PROUD of this fact, like she is ABOVE basing her relationship with Danny based on such carnal stuff. This kind of thinking seems so strange to me.
