I have lost 20lbs and most my girfriends say my pants are too big. I could use a new outfit???

Ok! Is this something you would want to try on first....you'd have to go out...but I know you can do it. of course if you know what size on line is definately the way to go. Isn't the LBS diet the pits!

The worse, It's so nice to lose a few but it just reminds me of what he said when he was dropping the bomb. You've gained weight!!!!

Ok, I've got to say this....what a PIG. After all I'm sure HIS body is PERFECT right?

ya, He was always heavy but in the last 3-4 months lost like 25lbs. I think that a few other things triggered his MLC.

Oh, so now he's so hot that he's beating the women back? My H grew a van dyke (yes, he looks hot) and loves the way it looks on him (sigh).
I don't know what triggers MLC, but if I could come up with a pill....besides poison that is

I neeed to find a way to be strong. I can't fall apart like this. I can't stop thinking of our life together, our plans, how can just throw it all away without thinking twice?

To stop thinking, I know easier said than done, from the resources thread there is written a couple of tips.

One by Snodderly, wear a rubber band on your wrist, then whenever you catch yourself thinking, snap it against your wrist.

another is to shout loudly to yourself "Stop it, Stop it, Stop it", then immediatly think of a caribean island, palm trees, the sea etc...

However, I do reommend, that for sometime in the day, you do embrace your emotions
