Nikki-

I'm so glad that your session went relatively well yesterday- that you like the MC and have some concrete items to work on. Keep it up. This is a long process and I'm rooting for you. Be excited about those baby steps. Julie

while I'm thinking about it... Really really think about the drugs thing. I am like your H I guess, in some ways. I do think that some people can have a mental imbalance. However, I really think drugs are over prescribed. A lot of how people feel comes from their diet and excercise.

I want you to be hesitant in choosing perscriptions because I want you to try to feel better on your own, by your own changes in your lifestyle. You already know that your health is suffering as well as your diet, so get those on the right track and monitor your progress phychologically and see how things stand. Otherwise, you'll just become needy on drugs and you'll need those drugs to make you feel better.

I gotta go, but I'm very happy for you on your C session, at least things are moving in the right direction, no matter how slowly.

I'll post later... gotta "play" with the fam...

I couldn't agree more on the drugs. I went to counsiling for awhile and was prescribed zoloft for my depression. One day I decided I didn't really need it. It was just a crutch...basically useless. I quit using it then and never looked back. Not using it hasn't affected me at all.
