HG: I know exactly what you're saying. It's like we have this meeting going on, and it lasts for months (or years). Some people stay, some new people show up, some of them decide whether it's a fit for them or not. And we try to give them a taste of what the board is all about. But the meeting goes on, regardless of who comes and who leaves. (Not to mention the many who are probably just peeking in the door, getting what they can from what they hear us talking about.
But this character (and I'm fairly convinced it was one guy), was just disruptive. And yet, many of us still tried to help him.
If you don't have anything constructive to say, or if you don't want us to try to help, then just stay the heck away. We're trying to save our marriages, or save our sanity. Let us do the job.
