Thanks Being me! I actually got another class now too that I am training for. It is for seniors that are a little more active and can handle a mostly standing excercise class with lots of resistance training. It should be fun. The class has alot of energy and they are there to have fun. They even asked me to keep dance music with the funky beat. LOL they are a trip!

I am still 145 but my body is getting smaller. I am actually getting the beginnings of a six pack. I have the circle with the line in the center the top two pack and some muscle along my ribs. Plus my thighs are getting muscle definition lines. I can't believe it! I think my body is going to be better than when I was 20 at this rate.

I am working at getting my house clean and organized. I have always had a messy house and it has bothered me. Like I didn't know where to start in cleaning it. Well I started with my bedroom and just take a room and go for it. When I finish I go back and reclean the other rooms that I have cleaned. It is hard work but I need this my head is confused enough. Cleaning the house is clearing my head. Silly eh? It feels so good I have one more room to finish then I have a bunch of papers and clothes to go through. When I get done I will finish remodeling the bathroom and then paint my dining room and finish the shades that I started making 2 years ago. It is time to finish what I have started. All that I have started.

The cool thing is since I am no longer stressed about the house I am joking around with the kids more. We are laughing and having fun. My S4 is playing jokes on me, who knew he was so funny. My D7 is starting to come out of her shell. I am becoming the Mom I always wanted to be. I feel so wonderful.

Hoo boy! I need to clean my house too. We moved last year, and still haven't unpacked everything, and my H is renovating downstairs, so have nowhere to put stuff. Agh! Plus! I am studying, so just trying to ignore things, especially this week since I am writing exams next week, so doing lots of reviewing.

Are you a certified trainer, or working toward that? I am studying toward a certificate in fitness training, and it will qualify me for the ACE certification, which is a good one. I am still not sure what I will specialize in - thinking of personal training (one-on-one), but would also like to write about the different aspects of the industry.

This summer, I want to start running (been doing mostly walking, aerobics and stationary bike for cardio), so I may join the Running Room (not sure if you get them in the USA). Anyway, this is so I can keep up when I do the practicum next year - we will have to be able to run (not sure how far, so I am aiming for at least 5km). Also, will be trying out kayaking.

Anyway, if anyone would like to chat about the industry (I have a lot to learn, and I enjoy getting other's perspectives and opinions), my email address is fitness_mood@hotmail.com

Hi Being Me,

No I am not certified yet. I am just working with what I know right now and training as I go along.

After I lost my "bomb" weight I lost another 15 when I started running to relieve stress. So I recommend it highly. I actualy have muscle definition on my arms and not just blobs anymore. I hated running when I was young because my lungs hurt so much. But it turned out I had asthma. Now that I am on meds for asthma, running is no big deal.

Hi. Working on myself as well, glad to find this. Lost weight quickly when separated and once reconciled gained it just as quickly. Now I am working on myself. Doing exercises at home as well as a water aerobics class with my D6. I am trying to eat better, though with Easter and a wedding on Sat with canolles, I couldn't resist. But only gained 1 lb and lost it again.

I currently weight 146.5 down from 150 and was about 125 when separated. Most of my pants no longer fit. Want to go back down. Hope I can do it!

P.S. I enter my weight on a chart every week on slimfast.com. Good whether you do their program or not. I have my weight going back 5 yrs or so-pretty interesting to see the trends!
