Affairs are very 'High School', but since they are carried out by adults, the wake of destruction is often very deep and wide. You wouldn't believe how many murders occur because of affairs.

If she can't even say she loves you... then I'm afraid it sounds too much like you're being used and abused. I think you should try to get in touch with OM and/or his "wife" and see what your guts tell you.
Can you recall when she stopped saying she loves you? Does she wear her wedding ring?
If you love her and see the relationship as repairable... try to get her in to see a counselor.
I have talked to the OM and he says he hasn't seen her for 4 months. Not sure what to believe. His "wife" and him have been separated now for a year. I have spoken to her briefly about 6 months ago but she knows nothing of his life.
She stopped saying "I Love You" about a year ago, shortly after the bomb. She does not wear her wedding ring, nor do I, for over a year.
