We got up afterwards and she went into the bathroom for a bit, then I accompanied her back out to the living room where she got into the sofa bed (where she's been sleeping while her foot has been healing). I tucked her in and kissed her goodnight, then went back to the bedroom where I got into bed...accompanied, this time, by one cat.
She often sleeps in the living room, because of my snoring (see above). Sometimes, on weekends, we switch off and I let her have the bed.
