Hi
Thanks for posting.
I need to GAL in a big way this weekend. Cancelled plans with H for last night. Attended something to help with these type issues. Very interesting. Informative.

I didn't get enuf time in for me. I think that my distraught day was directly related to giving and giving to H and kids and suddenly i'm well below empty... and upset.

Lesson learned.
Keep up activities to give vitality to my life.
Nothing is worth getting that upset over. Nothing.
I can get really angry. Need to address that issue.
My opinion counts. Even if decision not the one I want, my opinion has worth.

more later when i'm not exhausted

I'm reading HNHN by Harley. It is on the section about women marrying for money. The disturbing info was that he has seen in counseling people who become "what I call verbaly rigid before they crack". ...the inconsistent action resulted from a struggle deep within between her values and her need for fianacial support. The powerful need for money won over commitment and good intentions.p123

The KLA info helps me focus on the other things I can change and do. I need to get unstuck and go for it with KLA. U'm realizing there is so much for me to do to develop really strong solid friendships, R and M.

Planning to watch the results of KLA at work.

I'm back.
The stuggle of the past week has been monumental. I realize the issues weren't. So, taking things into perspective helps. Not seeing the forest for the trees is quite distressing.

I'm doing more with GAL and enjoying life.
I'm looking towards a brighter future with or without H
I'm chosing to take a positive step forward rather than stay in that cheeseless tunnel.
Take care

Kim,
Thanks for your support.
It has been an experience of a lifetime crawling out of this cheeseless tunnel and crawling down the one with cheese!!!! Notice how slowly it went.

I'm refreshed now.

New task is once again finding me so I'm ready when our M gets to be healthy. It surprises me how much energy this takes.
I'm going to start listening to the KLA tapes again, I'd not been able to listen for a week...so time to begin again.

Have a good weekend.

Hi midwest - I can so relate to the times when one gets stuck; the frustrations and struggles. Brava for finding the path out of the cheeseless tunnels - with me, re-setting my expectations help, and yes, the KLA work is great, isn't it?

Hey Midwest!
How are you? Actually I guess I can answer that myself... you are sounding great!! I'm glad you found a different tunnel to go thru!! Lead me to mine please!

Anyway....just checking in with you...glad you're living life for you and only you!! And I agree (sorry forgot who posted it) on the car issue....keep it in your name if you're paying for it!! Your money....your car!

How is canoeing? Did you go recently?

Did you read my last post on my thread? I hope you and Unsure didn't take what I said the wrong way....sorry if you did!

Anyway....keep posting...I'll check on when I can...not having any internet connections at home recently...makes it a challenge to come to this site!

Keep your chin up!
Cap

Hi Slowly,
Thanks for your input.
I'm taking my time these days to think instead of just react. Reacting seems to cause me difficulty in the R. I'm working on my expectations. Seems they are less than realistic. Gives me something to work on. I do like the KLA info. Looking at how it has been good helps.
I had a mini-break over the weekend. Hopefully, I'll be able to see things with a clearer perspective. LOL

Hi Cap,
I think I found a great tunnel and snarfed down the cheese and went back to a cheeseless one. I keep doing that. Took less time to go back to the cheese this time.
I took a weekend up north with the forest and the mosquitos. Yep, I did the canoe thing. It was easier to do since the canoe was on a lake. I found this to be rewarding and no one made me swamp the thing . I loved it. However, did anyone mention it was hard work???? It is.
Hey, I posted on your thread before I read this one.
Keep posting

Midwest-

Just checking up on you. I have not had much spare time to post latly, it looks the same for you too. Busy with yard work and stuff.

I hope all is still going well. I know that it can get frustrating at times, but keep on chugging along.

I have update my post, if you get a chance go check it out.
