As far as having that devilish thought in the back of your mind, that's all it is. A thought - a MEANINGLESS thought. When you feel them lurking up on you, tell yourself, "STOP! My H is HOME with ME because that is what HE WANTS!" Start thinking or doing something else right away to get rid of those thoughts. Train your brain so you do not become consumed by them.
