Forgot to answer your question in my long post. The kids are doing well considering. I have asked if they need to talk about it and the never want to. We do a pretty good job of keeping it normal. In many ways it is the white elephant but my wife prefers not to talk about it. Kids don't know about A and I intend to keep it that way. Little bit of eggshell walking but I think this is the best we can do for now.
