Stay on the DB message board even when things are going good, that way when something happens that is a set back you'll be better prepare to handle it.
Read my posts from the last two days, major changes!! I had almost given up complete hope. I have learned so much on this site, if I would have know before, I don't think there would have been affairs or a D.
Even though the D is over. I think she did it to save face with her family and some of her friends. Also she had spent 3K or more. Before the D she had lots of second thoughts.
We have got along the best in yrs the last six days and have ML the last two nights. (D was only 2wks ago)
In my sit. I have learned that I should not try to convince her that I am right (even if I am). I learned to listen and compliment good things. The toughest part is not to show them your hurt or say negative stuff abt OM or OW. Vent those frustrations here or to a C, not to them.
They are mixed up, they have guilt and are defensive! If we continue to confront them we risk pushing them away. I have FBI instincts but in mending a R, I have to throw them away.
Baaabs, it is hard but you have nothing to lose by dbing.
