Totite!!

Thank you.

I don't think B is in pain so much as she still is congested and she is disoriented. Just stopping the one medicine she seems less disoriented already. Her regular vet thought that was the problem the other night and it definitely seems to be helping.

I thought I was going to have to make that decision on the drive down the other night and I was steeling myself to do it. I am soooo GLAD when she got out of the car she seemed pretty much her usual nosey, mooching self.

She gives Dr. L her most adoring look and Dr. L falls for it every time.

She dug through delivery boxes all the way to the bottom to try to find something B would like and B turned it down!

She then told her she was going to bean her.

But B knew she wasn't serious!

Ms. Sage you are absolutlely right. I did forget the one about the growth and learning! Not sure about grace and style but working on those two.

Hi Pam - Congratulations on closing. And a recovered Breeze. The moving, unpacking, decorating takes FOREVER, but hey, that's the fun, right? Wishing you a super weekend.

Hi dfb, PIB, Pattie and Slowly!

Thank you all for the congratulations!

I did get the changes that I wanted. My realtor really is a dynamo. I told her I was betting against her getting things straightened out in time for the closing to happen and she laughed and said don't bet against me!

So the closing went well, the builder seems to be a nice guy and Pam did something Pam wouldn't have used to do.

The realtor for the builder at the closing wasn't the one that I had dealt with through the whole project. He had told me my lighting allowance was $600.00. I didn't get my lights from the place they use so had to pay for my own and then was getting reimbursed from the builder. She kept saying $500.00 and I corrected her each time and said $600.00. That is what they paid me. Not sure which it was supposed to be but I am sure what I was told and I stood up for myself.

Then I went back to work and my new neighbor and I exchanged a few e-mail's as she has just got her account set up. We planned pizza that night as her refrigerator has went out and she has nothing to cook right now.

My friend scheduled to come and hang my two ceiling fans that evening after he got off from work.

I took some stuff over as well as the Champagne and glasses. M came over and we just sat on the floor and talked and discussed our houses, what kind of pizza we wanted and just chit chat. I think this is going to be really nice that she is right close to my new home. She just moved up from Florida last year after going through a nasty divorce and having to file bankruptcy.

We went to her house to order the pizza, got extra for my friend going to hang fans and then he got there before pizza came so went back to my house.

He had his soon to be son in-law with him and they tried to put a bulb they had in my front porch light. No go. Then they started on the fan in my bedroom. M and I went in and sat on the floor talking and watching them work on fan. They had a terrible time with it. The light part would work but the fan part wouldn't. I don't know how long they worked on it and he suddenly pushed a switch that apparently had the fan part turned off! M said this was better than a movie and he said he had to go out and have a cigarette. He was joking with us the whole time he was working but I'm sure it was frustrating.

By the time they start on the second fan it is dark and there are no lights close to that room to help light it up. So he is in there working by flashlight. They worked for a long time, M went to her house to do something and my cell phone rang. It was D calling. Sounded like he was still asleep.

He said I figured you would be in bed. I said no over at the house, you want some champagne? He said doesn't sound like there is any left. I said yes, we haven't even opened it yet! He said he had been asleep for like 4 hours and he sounded about half asleep on phone. He asked who all is there and I said just M.

Then the helper came looking for me and told me no power to the ceiling fan. I walked back in that room and my friend said did you tell her and then said is she happy? I said no she isn't! Then asked D if he remembered the guy from my days working at electrical contractors. He wasn't sure. But was sounding sleepier by the minute. I suggested since he had been so sick and he sounded about asleep I let him go so maybe he could go back to sleep.

Talked with the guys some more and M came back, she said just tell the job supervisor next time he is out. My friend said he would come back and hang it for me if they wouldn't after they got power to the box. But I knew he wouldn't let me pay him anything and he has an hour or hour and a half drive to get there.
