In my country, if someone witnessed you doing physical harm to your kid... that's a fine and an automatic social service case. Gladly so. Violence is the worst parenting one can fall into.

Nicole, you should see the hot mess of a letter she submitted to court contesting the decision that I am only responsible for child support and not daycare also. She basically said "Hey, Mr. Judge, your judgement was wrong. I cant afford to pay for my own child. If you dont reverse the decision you made I will be in gross financial hardship" Despite the fact that she lived without child support without a single peep of complain since Oct. I dont think Judges appreciate having 29 year old's tell them they dont know how to do their job.....
Shes technically not 100% wrong about Child Support being behind, I havent BEEN ABLE to pay since i HAVE to pay through the state system due to the TRO, and She didnt send in her paperwork to initiat Child Support until July 24th, even though she got the documents in May.
I have submitted a request to have all the $$ i wasnt supposed to be paying towards daycare applied to my Child Support. If it goes through i will have a credit of like $200

I just talked to Child Support. I Do owe the back monies, which i expected. I am going to get auto withdraw from my income setup next week, and Child Support Office told me that if the Judge applies the credit from Daycare payments, it will just be a credit on my account from Child Support and I wont have withdrawals until the credit runs out.

Updates: Didnt end up doing the haircut, i opted instead to leave a note in S3's backpack asking EX to have his hair cut (She works at a salon) I mentioned the last haircut she did for him wasnt short enough and it was back in his eyes in no time, Requested a shorter haircut. If it does not get done this week, i will do it myself as I again took the high road to give her an option to do what she would like, or have input on the decisions.
She wasnt around yesterday and sent her Dad to pickup S3, why i dont know. No biggie, other than the fact i DO NOT like the idea of S3 being alone with FIL, but there isnt much i can do about that so it is what it is.
29 days till final D hearing. Waiting on Courts response regarinding crediting my child support based on the Daycare payments i made that i didnt need to from May to July.
Had a fairly boring weekend, but took S3 up to see my mom at her beach house, sadly it rained all day, but we still had fun.
Lots of work accomplished on my fiction stories this weekend. Camping trip Thursday-Sunday. Cannot wait for that,. Been looking forward to it all year.
EX has been very silent with me since the Judgement from the court that I do not owe Daycare payments, and the big argument we had on July 20th.
I had to message her this morning, asking how we would handle the week S3 doesnt have school (last week of Aug) Still no answer there. We havent talked directly since July 23rd.

Very odd, 3 times in a row now my strange "Gut Feelings" have preceded some sort of event in the D process. It has been creepily accurate. I have had this feeling again most of the weekend. Something is definitely coming down the pipe, No clue what but as i said the last 3 times this has happened it has preceded a pretty big event in D.
Saturday was strongest, Sunday and today are noticeable but less than it was on Sat.

Do you mean because of the lack of responses? It sounds like you're doing fine, most of what you've written lately falls under the category of "journaling" and there weren't really any questions or talking points to respond to. Seems like you're handling everything OK, especially given that you're not supposed to be in direct contact with her.
