Thanks guys, this is a pretty unanimous response, and what I was expecting, but I still think I needed to hear it. I was getting tempted to spend time with her "just to see", and would have been just falling for another temp check.
It's worth noting that while she was the one who left, I pushed the D forward, and I think that is still hitting her a bit hard.

I think you're right - I had told her (truthfully) that I didn't know if I was going out of town for the weekend or not. And didn't answer the question about "if I wanted to get a bottle of wine if I was still in town".
I there will be other plans regardless...

Just wanted to drop a note here. My divorce was finalized last week. While I'd admit to being a bit sad when I got the notice, it's still a huge relief. I gave her a check for half of some medical bills today, and my financial responsibility to her is now completely wrapped up.
She is still trying to act like my best friend, complaining about "half hearted hugs" etc..

Congrats on making it through. Even if the result isn't what you wanted, it sounds like you are in a good place. I hope you continue to grow and practice the DB mindset.
